I am Peter Rawlinson, Managing Partner for AMPED Recruitment Services. I have worked in recruitment, operations, sales and industrial engagement in a number of managerial positions, in the cutting-edge research industry most recently and previously in retail, transport and logistics.

I started my career managing front line sales branches, overseeing small, highly driven teams over short term launch projects and launching several flagship branches of a well known UK transport leader.
I completed a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) before leading the launch of a large app based transportation startup and its expansion across the southern UK. I enjoyed a short stint in Amazon Logistics before moving into University research where I have managed engagement in a number of different areas from net zero to artificial intelligence and cyber security as well as pharmaceutical, manufacturing, construction and other heavy industry applications. I founded AMPED in 2022, working primarily in managerial recruitment in Cardiff and the surrounding area.
The range and depth of my experience helps me everyday to understand clients, their goals and their needs. I have built and facilitated great relationships with clients both in the UK and abroad, companies big and small.I have a track record for developing, negotiating and project managing a number of high profile, high value relationships and programmes.
